Temporary Hall for Dazaifu Tenmangu 2023

This is a temporary hall for visitors to the shrine during a 3-year renovation of the main hall, the first time in 124 years. On the curved roof, a forest is floating, connected to the rich nature that surrounds it. Lighting mounted in the louver ceiling is finely adjusted for daytime, nighttime, and ritual ceremonies used by worshipers.
