A facility, combining office, R&D, and open innovation, was created in the Changi Business Park adjacent to Changi International Airport as Kajima Corporation's regional headquarters. The entire building is considered a laboratory, and the concept of "Latest Andon" was planned to signify the light for the continuous evolution of architecture. The office space combines ceiling air conditioning units and lighting, incorporating new task and ambient lighting with continuous vertical light panels and glare-less downlights. The building has been certified Platinum (Super Low Energy) by GreenMark, Singapore's environmental certification.
