Client : New World Development Set on the pristine beach south of Hoi An and Da Nang, Hoiana brings together Vietnamese culture, vibrant entertainment and stunning natural beauty. Vivid and energizing lighting invites visitors to enjoy the scenery and water activities, while the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel and residence rooms charm the travellers' soul. The commissioning of the Phase I development including 4 hotels, golf course and Casino has been challenging through the pandemic outbreak. Phase II is expected with more family-oriented accommodations, residential apartments and villa development, retail and public recreational areas.
