Design : Taisei A "chic" city square was constructed in Otemachi, a main commercial district in Tokyo. A stream is located through the central axis of the site, and a delicate underwater system of fiber optics is installed at the base of the cascading water. Light pierces through the mass of water, itself becoming an object of light.
