A combination of educational and cultural facilities, a vast atrium is the main architectural feature of this large complex. Necessary amounts of light designed for specific niches help to create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for this public complex. Interior lights filtering through the glass façade communicate to the city and nearby Morioka Station a new landmark in the cityscape.
