EXPO 2025 Osaka Healthcare Pavilion 2025

The concept for this structure is “Seamless Movement Under a Variety of Roofs.” This design seeks to create multiple expressions within this transparent structure, transforming its character between day and night. A continuation of light connects the spaces, naturally guiding visitors through the pavilion. In the atrium, lighting at the roof’s peak and in the double-helix shaped staircase strike a balance between the lightness and dynamic aspects of the design. Additionally, tunable lighting changes color temperature from opening to closing hours, subtly reflecting the passage of time.
