The Kaoru Mende Lighting Design Workshop returns for its 5th year this September, taking place over the long weekend. This special program offers a unique opportunity to study the basics of lighting design from scratch. We welcome applications from high school, university, and vocational school students. Check out the overview and join us!　All the session will be carried out in Japanese.

【Workshop Outline】
-Date: September 19 (Sat) – 21 (Mon) 2025, 3 days
-Venue: LPA office (Tsukuda 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo)
-Qualification: High school students, university students and pro-competent students from all over Japan
-Number of applicants: 20 (If the number of applicants is greatly exceeded, we will screen applicants based on application documents.)
-Fee: 5,000 yen
-Application: Please fill out the application form, write “3-day Workshop” in the title and send it by e-mail to event@lighting.co.jp by Tuesday, July 21, 2025.

【Application Requirements】
・Full attendance is mandatory for all three days.
・Review and study all materials distributed in advance.
・Submit the assigned task by the given deadline.
・Availability to attend the online lectures on September 3 and 4 (19:00–20:40).
