The facility includes a large auditorium with a capacity of 2,000 people, a multipurpose "Yagura Plaza", studios, meeting rooms, galleries, lounges, and a variety of other spaces for the public.
The lighting plan is designed to maximize the expression of the architectural features with light, while accommodating the various uses expected of the space.
The facility, which is open until 10:00 p.m., is designed to create a comfortable environment for users under warm light even at night, while at the same time providing a lively nightscape for the city.
