WATERS takeshiba, completed in 2020, received the Illuminating Engineering Institute of Japan's Lighting Facilities Award Tokyo Section Judges' Special Prize for its elegant and reassuring space with an area-by-area lighting plan in a location connecting office districts, and mainly low color temperature indirect lighting to ensure a sense of perceived brightness.
