Aman Tokyo has opened a new sushi restaurant on its 34-floor , introducing traditional Edomae style sushi in the highest quality. Master Sushi Chef is Mr. Musashi who had run "Sushi Musashi", a successful sushi restaurant in Aoyama. The lighting design is based on a washi paper luminous wall that gently wraps the sophisticated Japanese-style interior, complete with solid wood furnishings, stucco walls, and washi paper, in a soft glow with limited shadowing.
