Client : OUE A large-scale renovation of a commercial office building, comprising two towers over a podium block, into a mixed-use development. The retail podium has a glass façade with aluminium mesh and the horizontal lighting effects are emphasized. Interior lighting and color temperature are different to complement the retail, office and serviced apartment environments.
