The City Centre consists of five major districts: Orchard, Bugis, Singapore River, the Central Business District (CBD), and Downtown at Marina Bay.<br \/>\nUrban lighting in Asia at the time of the project was invariably conceived along Western lines, but our emphasis was on distinctive urban lighting for this unique city.
