A distinctive metal and glass canopy screen known as \u201cthe veil\u201d integrates the two buildings at roof level, creating a civic plaza in the sky.<br \/>\nExterior lighting will be entirely LED with dimmer controls and lighting inside the windows will become more prominent as the night deepens.
